- When can I move in?
- A: If your desired unit size is available, you can call and set up an appointment right away with our site manager.
- How much notice do you need when I move out?
- A: Our contracts are month to month but we do require notice prior to vacating your unit. Giving us a phone call, stopping by the office to talk to our site manager in-person, sending us a text or an email are sufficient ways of providing us with notice of your intent to vacant your unit. We do appreciate a week's notice.
- Am I locked into a long-term lease?
- A: No, our leases are month to month.
- How do I pay my bill?
- A: You can call us during office hours at (509) 304-9509 or mail in your payment at 3851 Hwy 970, Cle Elum, WA 98922
- What forms of payment do you take?
- A: Checks, Money Orders, Credit/Debit (VISA or MasterCard)
- Are there any restrictions on what I can store?
- A: No liquids, explosives, flammables, toxic materials and perishables.
- I'm late, what happens to my stuff?
- A: On the 7th day of the month you will be locked out. If we haven't received payment within the 15th day of the month a lien will be placed on your unit. At that point we will wait a month before moving forward with further action.
- The gate has no power and I can't get out!
- A: This is rare and most likely caused by a power outage, please DO NOT try to open the gate yourself. Call 911 if you are stuck inside, outside of our office hours.
