- When can I move in?
- A: If your desired unit size is available, you can call and set up an appointment right away with our site manager.
- How much notice do you need when I move out?
- A: Our contracts are month to month but we appreciate a week's notice.
- Am I locked into a long-term lease?
- A: No, our leases are month to month.
- How do I pay my bill?
- A: You can call us during office hours at 509.304.9509 or mail in your payment at PO Box 863, South Cle Elum, WA 98943
- What forms of payment do you take?
- A: Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and cash.
- Are there any restrictions on what I can store?
- A: No Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables.
- I'm late, what happens to my stuff?
- A: After 5 days you will be locked out. If we haven't heard from you within 7 days after the 5th of the month a lien will be placed on your unit. At that point we will wait a month before moving forward with further action.
- The gate has no power and I can't get out!
- A: This is rare and most likely caused by a power outage, please DO NOT try to open the gate yourself. Call 911 if you are stuck inside, outside of our office hours.
